Location: 2020 Joe B Jackson Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37127

Work Type: Full-Time (In-Person / tues – Sunday, 8 hours a day)

Pay: $20.00 / hour

➕ Extra Bonus: Earn $2.75 extra for every cart you fix over 225 carts in a week!

❓ What is this job?

You will fix and maintain warehouse carts so they are safe and ready to use. It is a hands-on, fast-paced job using basic tools in a warehouse setting.

What will you do every day?

• Fix Carts: Inspect damaged carts and repair them using hand and power tools.
• Replace Parts: Swap out broken or worn parts for new ones.
• Work Safely: Wear your safety gear (PPE) and follow warehouse safety rules.
• Keep Moving: Help load, unload, and move carts around the shop.
• Keep It Clean: Keep your work area tidy, organized, and safe.
• Work as a Team: Talk with supervisors about low parts or big repair issues.

What do you need to qualify?

• Hands-on skills: Experience with tools, fixing things, or warehouse work.
• Hard worker: Able to keep up with daily quotas and pay attention to detail.
• Reliable: Shows up to work on time every day.
• Physical Strength: Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand, bend, and move all day.
