About the Role

1-Tom-Plumber is growing and we're looking for an energetic, reliable Neighborhood Canvasser to help us get the word out. This is a walking, boots-on-the-ground role - you'll be going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods, placing door hangers, and putting our name in front of homeowners.

No sales pressure, no cold-calling scripts - just consistent, honest effort covering your route and representing a trusted local brand.

What You'll Do

• Walk assigned residential routes/neighborhoods distributing door hangers.
• Follow a provided route plan and cover it thoroughly and efficiently.
• Represent 1-Tom-Plumber professionally if you interact with homeowners.
• Track and report which areas/streets have been completed.
• Communicate with your supervisor on route progress, questions, or issues.

Schedule

• Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week.
• Flexible daytime scheduling (details discussed at interview).

What We're Looking For

• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned neighborhoods.
• Able to walk outdoors for extended periods, in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working independently and staying on task without direct supervision.
• Friendly, presentable, and reliable - you're often the first impression of our company.
• Must be able to pass a basic background check.

Compensation: $15.00 - $15.00 per hour


1-Tom-Plumber is a 24/7/365 emergency service commercial focused plumbing franchise that bolts onto water restoration companies. We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere! Regardless of your level of experience, you must be ready to constantly learn and better yourself.
