Picker/Packer - Fort Worth

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Picker/Packer to work with a leading third-party logistics provider in Fort Worth. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our logistics team at a fast-paced, state-of-the-art fulfillment center. You will play a crucial role in our supply chain by accurately selecting customer orders and preparing products for safe and timely shipment.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Picker/Packer

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically during shift when necessary
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Experience working in a production tracking fast-paced job environment

Desirable Requirements for Picker/Packer

• Experience working in a 3PL environment
• Familiarity with picking and packing operations
• Strong communication skills, ability to take direction and follow instructions, ability to pivot job duties as needed

Role for Picker/Packer

• Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate, identify, and retrieve items listed on digital picking sheets or RF scanners.
• Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications and carrier requirements to ensure damage-free delivery.
• Scan and double-check product barcodes, item numbers, and quantities to maintain 100% order accuracy.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software to update real-time stock levels and order statuses.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station while adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
